Refund policy
If we make a mistake, we'll do our best to take care of it. If you make a mistake, we'll try to work with you. Overseas customers: packages returned to us for (your) failure to pay import duties / customs charges / etc. will not receive refunds for the shipping charges. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so don't let the local porch pirates swipe your new gear, and make sure you put in all the correct shipping info (especially overseas, where some of you have stricter rules and regulations for delivery).
We do not make price adjustments for orders placed prior to an announced discount. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may make an allowance, but it's not our policy.
